The Context:

CSOFT started HQ Magazine as a channel of communion with actual clients and to showcase to prospective clients by highlighting the company and its services with articles and stories.

The challenge:

CSOFT was hiring models for the stories and Ads in the magazine, however, there was no high traction with clients.

The results:

Orchestrated and facilitated a multicultural team on UX research sessions, gathering actionable insights to validate and refine design concepts; resulting in a 60% increase in engagement for the CSOFT HQ Magazine.

Methodologies applied and responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder interview to get insights and wanted results

  • Creative direction of the magazine's look and feel

  • Convincing of co-workers to participate as models for the magazine Ads and stories

  • Assist in making the models look conformable in front of the camera.

  • Oversee and manage printing quality and cost
